We were not the lions, but it felt to us to give the lions roar? (Leadership)
A leader lives with the greatest tensions between being a servant and a leader. Jesus says; "whosoever will be great among you, let him be our minister, and whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant (Matthew 20v26-27).

It is my prayer for 2011 that leadership shall rise in unity and prayer and with love amongst each other. This must be our lifestyle as leaders of a nation and servants of God. As we are followed because of what we display, and we should continue doing good so that we may help and improve the lives of our followers.

But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self - control, to self - control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren , be even more diligent to make you call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble. (2 Peter 1v5 )

A special encouragement: God allows the enemy to inflect some hardship in your path, so you could determine whether or not it is worth the price to be successful. You see, the enemy thinks he is doing damage when he put those things on you, but all he is doing is pushing you further into your destiny as a leader. He is setting you up for greatness. So leaders, when your road gets tough, remember it is for a purpose.

I agree with the words of Paul that says; ?However, we possess this precious treasure in vessels of earth, that the grandeur and exceeding greatness of the power may be shown to be from God and not from ourselves?

Greetings in the wonderful name of the Lord our Savior.

The word of encouragement that I have for the leadership today is." GO IN AND POSSES"
Joshua 1 verse 13 says. (Where ever the soles of your feet shall tread, that is what I have given you.)

To tread means, to walk upon, also it means to go, as in to cause anyone on your land to leave so that you can posses it.

To posses means; to have a hold over it, to firmly control, to dominate.

Your Land means; Whatever you are praying for, or trusting the Lord for, be it financial break trough, restoration of relationships, children to be saved or even peace of mind.

Isaiah Chapter 30 verse 18&19 says "The Lord is eagerly waiting to bless us" in the NIV version it seems that He is so eager to bless us that he is frustrated with us not moving.

So beloveds, lets take up Caleb's challenge, in Numbers 13 verse 30 and take possession, as we know the Lord is waiting to give us the title deed. Take possession in the spirit, so that you can walk on your Land in the now. In other words the Lord wants us to speak it, declare it, and command it in the name Of Jesus .Amen!!!!
