Thanks and appreciation to our Pastors, Leaders and congregations; Motivation for our present and future leaders
Head of the church, He bought it with the presious Blood of His Son Jesus Christ.
Let our hearts not be troubled with anxiety or be afraid of the future. Christ said in His word, He builds His church and the gates f hell stand no chance, because Christ is the author and finisher of our faith.
The Lord has given us in a time such as this, to be stewards of His bride and the gathering-in of the End-Time harvest, just before His return.
The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has done well so far.

But the best is yet to come. We as leaders of this blessed and beautiful church of PPC has the calling and anointing to take the church from glory to glory, to another level of faith.
For us as leaders to make an impact and make a difference in our homes, churches and communities, we need to have an open mind, flexible for Biblical changes, relevance transparent, accountable, committed, faithfulness, trustworthy and teachable.
Unity and team effort is a powerful tool to get the job done for the Kingdom, God made a profound statement in Genesis 11:6
“Behold they are one people and all has the same language and now nothing which they purpose to do shall be impossible for them”
This is our time, our session, our privilege to seize the moment and do exploits for our God.

Exodus 18:17-22
17 “Moses’ father-in-law said to him, the thing that you are doing is not good.”
18 “You will surely wear out both yourself and this people with you, for the thing is too heavy for you; you are not able to perform it all by yourself.”
19 “Listen now to [me]; I will counsel you, and God will be with you. You shall represent the people before God, bringing their cases and causes to Him,”
20 “Teaching them the decrees and laws, showing them the way they must walk and the work they must do.”
21 “Moreover, you shall choose able men from all the people – God-fearing men of truth who hate unjust gain – and place them over thousands, hundreds, fifties, and tens, to be their rulers.”
22 “And let them shall judge at all times; every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter
they shall judge. So it will be easier for you, and they will bear the burden with you”
Our preaching, teaching and our methods of ministering GOD’s word, must be done with excellence, love and
respect. Let’s not major in the minor, but major in the major.

II Timothy 2:15
“Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trail), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analysing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth”.
Equipping, training, development will be the order of the day. Job descriptions will be designated for now by the visionary for every HOD so that he/she will know what is expected.
General monthly success reports will be faxed/e-mailed to the visionary and the national secretary. There will be a healthy constant interaction between local pastors and district leaders an between district leaders and national leaders. Youth and Sunday School reports must be sent to the visionary and national secretary.

his will help the national council to work on an itinerary for in-visits at meetings and functions. The whole plan and idea is for the national council to come, under normal circumstances and not just to come to hit-and-run and solve problems. The main objective for in-visit by the national council is to improve and narrow the gap of communication.

Speak with Local Government and municipalities about application of properties and church ground
applications.
Look at the general needs, short-comings and progress at the local church and district.
To have crash courses and on-job practical training when the need arises
The end result and big picture must be, to help and assist the so-called small churches.
I believe there is no such thing as small churches. The church of the Lord Jesus Christ is Militant, Holy, Huge, Strong and Mighty.
